Matter intake was the bottleneck. Horizon mapped how we actually triaged enquiries - not how we thought we did - and built an assistant that drafts the conflict check and engagement letter from the first call. New matters open the same day now, and we are not hiring a paralegal this year.
Compliance reviews on new client files were eating two days a week of my time. Horizon's automation reads the file, checks against our AFSL obligations and writes a first-pass review note.
